1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals intact.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
Refunds are not applicable for items damaged due to customer mishandling.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling.
Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
Products purchased on clearance or promotional discounts.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 7 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item delivered.

4. How to Initiate a Return?

We will guide you on return shipment and provide a return authorization.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
